The Program
31 Dec       1130 hrs         Reach at Resort – Orientation & Tent Allocation.
                  1300 hrs         Lunch and free time
                  1430 hrs         Boat ride in the calm Backwaters & a forest trail till the evening.
                  1800 hrs         Evening Tea with snacks
                  2000 hrs         Campfire with Bar-be-Que/Starters, activities, Songs followed by Gala Dinner

01 Jan        0900 hrs         Breakfast
                  1000 hrs         Swimming and Kayaking in Koyna Backwaters.
                  1300 hrs         Lunch Time and Pack up. (Lunch on additional cost)
                  1430 hrs         Depart from the Resort

Celebration Cost:    Rs. 2500/- per person
                                Children - 4 to 8 yrs 50% and 8 to 12 yrs 75% will be charged

Cost Includes:

• Accommodation in Tents for 1 night
• Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian Food from Day 1 Lunch to Day 2 Breakfast with Bar-be-Cue
• Boat Ride in Backwaters, Swimming, Kayaking, Nature Walk etc.
• All Taxes and Service Charges

Cost Does not Include:

• Travel from Pune to Resort and Back
• Food ordered other than mentioned meals in Itinerary
• Personal Expenses like Soft/Hard Drinks, Mineral water, Tips etc.
• Any kind of Insurance, Medical or/and Emergency Charges
